CrossFit Workouts – Sometimes your plans for the day evolve in a totally different way than you had excepted or planned. The 2 hours you planned for the journey, warm up and training, have been cut down by long hours at the office, a traffic jam on the way or the class before overrunning again. Do not despair, here are 10 Crossfit Workouts that you can do in under 10 minutes.

10. FRAN

3 rounds, 21-15-9 reps of thrusters and pull-ups for time:

  • 21 Barbell Thrusters, 95/65lbs (43/30kg)
  • 21 Pull-ups
  • 15 Barbell Thrusters
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 9 Barbell Thrusters
  • 9 Pull-ups
