For the next five weeks our lives will revolve around planning, plotting and scheduling upcoming workouts. Every week the WOD will be announced on Thursday at 5 pm Pacific Time. You’ll have four days to complete each workout with the deadline to submit your score on Monday 5 pm (Pacific Time).
Rich Froning and Mat Fraser will open the season tonight. Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Sam Briggs and Annie Thorisdottir will close down the Open stage on March, 26 (PT).
Open workouts: EUROPEAN times and deadlines
All workouts will be announced every Thursday at 5 pm Pacific Time. Which means in the middle of the night for Europeans: 2 am (1 am) on Friday. To see the live shows, or to submit the score very last minute, you’ll have to stay up late.
