The workout is a ladder of squat snatches and chest to bar pull ups.
- 95/65 lb squat snatches x 18
- 18 chest to bar pull ups
In 3 rounds of 6 chest to bar pull ups and 6 squat snatches then:
- 135/95 lb squat snatches x 15
- 21 c2b
In 3 rounds of 7 chest to bar pull ups and 5 squat snatches
*must be completed in 8 mins*
- 185/135 lb squat snatches x 12
- 24 c2b
In 3 rounds of 8 chest to bar and 4 squat snatches
*must be completed in under 12 minutes*
- 225/155 lb squat snatches x 9
- 27 c2b
In 3 rounds of 9 chest to bar pull ups and 3 squat snatches
*must be completed in under 16 minutes*
- 245/175 lb squat snatches x 6
- 30 c2b
In 3 rounds of 10 chest to bar pull ups and 2 squat snatches
*must be completed in under 20 minutes*
- 265/185 lb squat snatches x 3
- 33 c2b
In 3 rounds of 11 chest to bar pull ups and 1 squat snatch
*must be completed in under 24 minutes
