Athletes Competing in CrossFit Open Workout 17.4 Announcement – Brenda Castro

The 2016 fittest Woman in Mexico will compete in The CrossFit Open Workout 17.4 Announcement against Brooke Wells. Brenda won the Opens in the South Regional last year. The 28year old from Crossfit Tigran sits on a current 26th place in the Opens and will be a tough opponent in whatever might be announced.
