SAM DANCER
Sam Dancer is a former collegiate football player and gave his individual Games debut in 2016 with an impressive win in the Deadliftladder with 615 lb/ 280kg. In 2014 he pushed team CrossFit Conjugate to a second-place finish at the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games, where he famously deadlifted 655 lb.
DAN BAILEY
After surprisingly missing the Games last year Dan Bailey will give everything to make it to his 6th CrossFit Games. The 33year old former Division1 Sprinter won the 2015 Spirit of the Games Award and is one of the faces of this sport.
ZAK CARCHEDI
4th in the 2016 Central Regionals, he is this years 2nd in the North Central Open . After his debut at the Games last year the 24year old former collegiate football player will try to repeat his performance.
RAGNHEIÐUR SARA SIGMUNDSDOTTIR
The icelandic native is another flagship of Crossfit. After stroming to the Meridian Regional win in 2015 and finishing 3rd at her first Games, she copied her her performance in 2016 with another Regional win and 3rd place at the Games. This year she is training with no less then Rich Froning and therefore changed the Region from Meridian to Central.
BROOKE WELLS
21years old, 2 times Games veteran, first Regional win with 19.
Since 2016 she is coached by Ben Bergeron, who also coaches Mat Fraser and Katrin Davidsdottir. There is just one direction for this young Athlete – upwards.
ALEXIS RAPTIS
Only 18years old Alexis Raptis took part in the 2015 and 2016 CrossFit Games in the Teenage Division with a 4th and a 2nd place finish. She will give her debut on the big stage this year.
