Fan favourite Lucas Parker played rugby, football, and did karate in his youth.

TRY THIS WORKOUT 

One of the old-school @crossfit benchmark achievements was to perform 15 overhead squats with your bodyweight on the bar. I think there's incredible utility in amassing volume and mastering movements at these "moderate" relative loads. In this exercise, I started with 1 snatch balance plus some overhead squats… On each set I added one more rep of overhead squats. By the end, I felt challenged from the standpoints of skill, stability, and stamina… Take a stab at it! @crossfitncr @jaktrx @roguefitness @virusintlcompression shorts
