“Just a little snatch drill, not for the inexperienced snatcher. The added tension from the band reminds you to pull the bar back to you. It also forces a good shoulder position over head to balance the bar with that for tension.

Drills are sooooo important! It’s not always about moving big weight, but that’s usually the fun part 😜
