Rich Froning has A New Baby!

Rich Froning and his wife, Hillary, have had their third child.

Rich finished The Open in 10th place worldwide, and CrossFit Mayhem sits in 3rd place for the team division.

“And then there were 3 (all under the age of 4 and two of them 10 months apart) Meet Harper “Violet” Froning, she was born February 16 and she is Lakelyn’s biological sister. Been a crazy couple of weeks and next several years, but I we wouldn’t change it for the world.”
