“I’m posting this because I want people see that it’s OK for your body to change throughout the year.”

“On the left is a few weeks before regionals when my nutrition had been on point for many months and my training volume was high. On the right is from today – after 3 weeks off, lots of good food and drinks😋🍪🍺🍕, very little sleep, and life all out of wack.”

“Moral of the story- even Athletes competing at the @crossfitgames don’t keep the exact same body composition all year round, so don’t beat yourself up if you have an “off” season. Feeling healthy and happy is what truly matters! I’m so excited to get back to my routine because that’s what makes me feel my best 🤗💪🏼
