Halloween Starter Pack For Crossfitters

Celts celebrated Samhain on October 31 when they believed the ghosts of the dead returned to Earth. Nowadays Halloween is all about horror costumes, trick or treats and for Crossfitters, death by something. That something usually stands for burpees, rowing, cleans, etc.

To make the best out of the Halloweeen WOD your Crossfit box will organize, make sure you:

1. Gather your boys (and girls), it’s showtime

It’s all about the team. Do the bro-bonding and partner up with a neighbor or the other local affiliate to do the box-to-box clash… of Spartans?

2. Before that, get yourself a proper costume.

While most of your friends will dress up in some kind of super-heroes, earn the community respect by being the fun guy, or girl.

Choose a workout that scares you: like Kalsu. Or come up with a theme-like Crossfit workout that resembles on Halloween.
