Little comparison of me working at the CrossFit games in 2014 and me a couple days ago. I averaged around 155lbs and am now averaging 152. Not a huge difference in weight but you can tell how ones body might start to change over a period of time when consistent with training and diet. @jordan_barbellmedicine always keeping me on track with nutrition and @brute.strength always killing me in be gym. #itmakesence #crossfit #shamelessselfies #weightlifting #barbellmedicine #bruteAF #bruteSTRENGTH #fitness #girlswholift
